Shipping and Exchanges

Shipping

Free shipping is available on all orders. All made to order items will be shipped within 2-3 weeks after purchase. See MTO page. Free Shipping can be chosen at checkout by clicking the Economy option (5-8 business days in transit). You can also choose Standard shipping (3-4 business days in transit) for an additional fee. If you need your items sooner, please contact us.

Exchanges

All sales are final. Exchanges may be allowed in special circumstances. If an exchange is allowed, the item(s) must: be in original condition and packaging, be salable, and not be damaged.  We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Due to items being made to order, returns are not accepted. Orders cannot be canceled once it's in the process of being created.
